I highly recommend Tea Beards, my new barber shop of choice (in fact, I'm now going to commit to driving all the way from South River for my monthly haircut!)The tea menu is FANTASTIC, and I can't wait to try them all. I had really nice chats with the owners, both while enjoying my tea in the cafe and during my haircut.Johnny is by far the best barber from Muskoka to Almaguin and beyond. He knew exactly what I needed and had me walking out feeling fresh and ready to sport the best hair I've had in years.This place is an authentic barbershop. Come for the haircut, stay for the shave, the tea, and the board games.

Always an amazing experience. The coffee and snacks are delicious. I'm always happy with my hair cuts. So is my husband with his hair and beard care. Such a good team. Great dynamics. Also had lots of suggestions for game rentals that all worked out well for us!

This shop is a must stop. Atmosphere is perfect to do a bit of work or catch up with a friend. The owner and main barista is extremely friendly and passionate about her shop. The quality of coffee is consistent, highly recommend a flat white made with heritage pilot coffee.

this shop has got to be the coolest shop in town they have great desserts and teas they cut hair and beards they have so much to do you cant be bored and the owners are so nice if you feel down go visit it will pick you up keep up the great work you are awsome patric at PizzaOne

Great place for awesome tea, music, socializing and games. The husband and wife owner team are both so personable that even a shy person like me feels welcome. We make it a weekly routine whenever possible, coming from Bracebridge. My husband also comes for monthly beard and hair trims and always looks irresistably handsome.

I've travelled as far as it's possible to travel to sup at this place. And as far as I can tell this is the most delightful cafe on the planet. Great coffee, great banter, and a wonderful welcome by local people. Luvvit.

Great unique cafe with good coffee and interesting decor. What really wowed me, however, was that they have a candle lit in the bathroom. That alone tells you a lot about why this cafe is so special.

The coffee and pastries are amazing! The owner was super helpful and invited my girlfriend and I to come up and learn how to play some of the tabletop games they have as well!

I love this place, it's a great place to go get a hair cut. I also enjoy that there is a cafe inside that you and your friends can go and just hang out play some board games. Some times the owner will host a game night during the week, dungeon and dragon night, board game night , table top night and etc.

I absolutely loved this store.Store isn't even the right word for it, it's an eclectic group of services that just feels so odd, but so right. A barbers/tea shop/boardgaming/wargaming/role-playing emporium and heavens knows what else. I don't think a moment could go by without something catching interest.I hope one day to go back, and honestly if you have any interest in anything listed above, it's well worth a detour.

Best service and hospitality. Took my 2.5 yrs old son and my 16months old daughter for a hair cut. The barbers there are super friendly, amazing with kids and they will show you the results. The environment at tea beards is on a whole another level, filled with so much positive vibes and energy. Super happy and my kids got the freshest haircuts in town!

The best of the best. The owners are two of the nicest and most genuine people around, and their haircuts are bar none. Amazing deserts, fantastic tea and coffee selection. We driver from 2 hours away once a month to get haircuts and enjoy the environment

A neat mash-up of three very good things: Tea, games, and a Barber. The owners are down to earth people who just love to have fun. Tea Beards is a good place to sit back and relax with a good drink, and maybe a snack. There are tons of games to play too so why not try something new?

This place was an amazing blend of many things - barbershop, games, books, good coffee, treats and warmth created by the team of two that own it. Oh, the music was great too. I will tell others who are staying in, or driving through, Gravenhurst.

Our favorite place. Living in Muskoka all summer can be isolating, this place changes that completely. Johnny and Alyssa are the owners who are fun, caring and really take time to invest in their customers. For us, we'd go in 2-3 times a week for board games and their fancy brews. With no fee for games or time limits to stay, we'd be there for hours playing a variety of board games. In fact, Johnny would often recommend and teach us games we were new at and set us up quickly if we were in a hurry. This quirky shop has a lot of heart, sad it can't be closer. Can't wait to visit again.

Great experience. I had a fabulous latte with carrot cake with amazing brown sugar icing. My husband had bacon scone with a double shop capp. The owner is great. Her husband runs the barber shop in the back. Classic barber shop chairs etc. Love the decor. Anyone who promotes Spock in the big poster gets my vote.
